Strategic Leadership Circle – Spark the Change
Group Coaching for Senior Leaders
3 months | Max 5 participants | 90-minute sessions | Twice a month | In person & online
Leading when there is no single right answer
The greater a leader’s responsibility, the fewer situations have a single correct answer. Leaders make decisions in uncertainty, guide people through change, and take responsibility for outcomes that cannot always be predicted. At the same time, senior roles often leave little room for open reflection—without the expectation to have immediate answers, take a position, or project certainty.
The Strategic Leadership Circle is a group coaching program where a small cohort of experienced leaders works together over three months on real business challenges and leadership dilemmas.
You won’t receive ready-made solutions. Instead, you’ll encounter questions that open new perspectives and create the space to think more clearly about your situation, your assumptions, and the decisions that truly belong to you.
Why Group Coaching?
Leaders often have many people to talk to, but few with whom they can think completely openly — without organisational politics, the need to defend their position, or the pressure to offer an immediate solution.
Within the Circle, participants test their thinking alongside other experienced leaders. Their questions may reveal what has been overlooked, their perspectives may open up different possibilities, and their reactions may help participants better understand how their own way of thinking and communicating affects others.
Learning does not happen only through working on one’s own challenge. Other people’s dilemmas often raise questions participants have not yet asked themselves, while their experiences expand the range of possible responses to situations participants may encounter in the future.
The group therefore becomes a space where participants can revisit decisions, test assumptions, and consider possible consequences before taking action within their own organisation.
How does the program work?
The program follows no predefined curriculum. Instead, it evolves around the real questions participants bring and what emerges through the group’s collective work.
Topics may include strategic decision-making, leading change, developing people and teams, stakeholder relationships, or the personal dilemmas that accompany demanding leadership roles.
Participants explore not only what to do, but how they make sense of situations—the assumptions they hold, the patterns that shape their decisions, and the dynamics that influence their relationships. Between sessions, they test new insights through practical experiments in their day-to-day leadership.
The Strategic Leadership Circle is not a training course, consulting engagement, or networking event. It is a structured developmental process built around active participation, reflection, and practice.
You bring the challenges. The group brings perspective. The process opens new possibilities.
Who is it for?
The program is designed for experienced leaders working in complex organizational environments who make decisions with significant impact on people, business performance, and organizational direction.
It is particularly suited for:
- C-suite executives
- Functional directors
- Senior managers leading cross-functional or international teams
- Leaders driving organizational change, growth, or transformation
This program is not intended for first-time managers or those looking for introductory leadership models, ready-made tools, or prescriptive advice. It is designed for leaders willing to openly explore their dilemmas, challenge their assumptions, and experiment with new ways of leading.
What can you expect?
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to:
- gain greater clarity in complex business and leadership situations
- recognize the assumptions and patterns shaping your decisions and relationships
- deepen your understanding of your own leadership style and its impact on others
- challenge your perspective and experiment with new ways of leading in practice
About the Coach
Tatjana Vracaric is a senior leader with more than 25 years of experience in international corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has led large organisations and teams, developed leaders, and taken responsibility for complex business transformations requiring strategic thinking, operational discipline, and difficult decision-making under uncertainty.
Her experience spans a broad range of leadership perspectives — from directly leading people and building teams to being accountable for business results, organisational change, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
As a result, she has a deep understanding of the realities of leadership: the pressure to make decisions without having the full picture, responsibility for both people and results, and the sense of isolation that often accompanies senior roles.
Coaching is a natural extension of her leadership experience. As an executive and leadership coach, Tatjana works with senior leaders both individually and through group coaching programmes.
In her work with clients, she combines an understanding of the business context with a developmental approach that goes beyond the question of what should be done. It also explores how a leader sees the situation, the assumptions they are making, and the patterns that shape their decisions and relationships.
Her approach is constructivist and grounded in curiosity, incisive questions, and the exploration of different perspectives. She does not provide ready-made answers. Instead, she creates a space in which leaders can see their challenges more clearly, recognise possibilities they had not previously considered, and make more deliberate choices about how they will act.
Tatjana is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
