Our trainers

Tijana Radulović

Tijana Radulović is an experienced, certified coach and trainer specializing in leadership, communication, and people development. Her programs are recognized for their balance of depth and practicality.
She creates a learning environment that is both safe and challenging, where participants openly explore behavioral patterns, test new approaches, and reflect on real workplace situations.
With 15 years of experience in HR and 5 years in leadership roles, Tijana combines her knowledge and expertise with an authentic, human-centered approach. Her sessions are dynamic, reflective, and focused on real, sustainable change-not just theory.
She holds a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad.
Currently, she is Head of HR at United Cloud (an IT and product development company with over 350 employees in Serbia and Slovenia) and works as an external consultant for Jaka Lounge Human Capital. Her experience spans multiple industries, including IT, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

Milica Berić

Milica Berić is an HR consultant and trainer with over five years of experience in human resources, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
She holds a degree in Andragogy from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade and is deeply committed to translating learning theory into practical, effective HR solutions.
She began her career in employee development, focusing on the design and facilitation of soft skills training programs. Over time, she expanded her expertise to include recruitment, selection, and HR consulting, supporting both local and international clients across a range of industries.
For the past three years, Milica has been fully dedicated to the design and delivery of customized development programs at Jaka Lounge Human Capital. Her flagship programs include the HR Administration Academy, which provides practical guidance on labor law and HR operations, as well as Cultural Remix, a training program focused on strengthening intercultural collaboration skills in diverse and global teams.

Eta Šateles Đukić

Eta Šateles Đukić is an HR consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade and combines a deep understanding of human behavior with strong strategic HR expertise.
Throughout her career, Eta has held a variety of senior HR leadership roles, including the position of HR Director in the telecommunications industry, where she led numerous initiatives focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
Her entrepreneurial drive and commitment to continuous learning led to the founding of Jaka Lounge Human Capital, where she continues to inspire the growth and development of teams and organizations.
Eta’s inexhaustible curiosity and passion for innovation motivate her to explore new ways of connecting technology and people development, shaping contemporary HR and learning practices.
