Learn the ins and outs of crafting job offers and managing various types of contracts and other documentation. - Effective onboarding & offboarding
Discover strategies for successful onboarding that foster long-term employee engagement, as well as the specifics of good offboarding. - Administrative Mastery
Learn how to create annexes, as well as serve the termination of the employment contract without complications. - Payroll Precision
Gain the skills to accurately prepare payroll. Learn how to calculate net from contracted gross earnings.

The complete Academy was created according to the most modern principles of adult learning. In addition to comprehensive written and visual material, our sessions encourage collaborative discussion. Comprehensive materials with specific useful links, lists, excerpts from the law will be available to you after each held session.

What does the dynamics of training look like?

Total: 8 hours of training
We form groups of 5 to 15 participants for better knowledge transfer to the participants.
Before the start of the Academy, we send participants a questionnaire that examines their needs and expectations from the training.
Who is the training for?
For beginners in HR: If you are at the beginning of your career and do not have much experience, but you are looking for basic knowledge and practical skills in the field of HR operations.
To those who want to understand Serbian labor law: If you want to familiarize yourself with the legal aspects of labor law in Serbia. This includes understanding and applying legal regulations, creating documentation in accordance with the law and ensuring legal compliance within HR practices.

I want to recommend the Academy for HR Operations to everyone because the lecturer’s approach was truly a wonderful experience due to his approach to each of the participants and the opportunity provided for each of us to show how much we know and what we are good at. Each topic was well developed, but not to the extent that it suddenly became boring or monotonous. The order of the lectures is well coordinated and during each session there were tasks where the participants had the opportunity to see how much they did not know and how much they still needed to learn, but also to show how much they followed the lecture and read the accompanying material. After each session, working material from the session was sent to the email, which the participants can always use if they have any doubts.
