People Growth Circle
Group coaching for managers, HR professionals and senior experts.
3 months | Max 5 participants | 90-minute sessions | Twice a month | In person & online
Developing others begins with how we develop ourselves
People who lead teams, guide the work of others or support their professional development, contribute every day to the growth of individuals, teams and organisations. They include managers and HR professionals, as well as experienced experts whose roles involve coordination, mentoring and influencing without formal authority.
They are expected to understand people’s needs, see the wider system and help others find better ways forward.
At the same time, those whose work involves developing and guiding others often have little space to pause and reflect on their own thinking, patterns of response and the impact they have on the people they work with.
People Growth Circle is a three-month group coaching programme for experienced managers, HR professionals and senior experts from different industries who lead, guide or develop others through their roles and want to do so with greater confidence and depth.
Here, you will not be given ready-made HR or leadership models, or universal solutions. You will be given the space to explore real professional dilemmas, consider them from different perspectives and develop an approach that is authentic to you and relevant to the context in which you work.
Why a group?
People who lead, guide and develop others often have many people to talk to, but few with whom they can think completely openly.
Within the confidential environment of the Circle, participants explore their challenges with the support of other experienced professionals who understand the complexity of their roles. Another participant’s question or experience may reveal an assumption we had not previously noticed, while someone else’s dilemma may help us see our own from a different perspective.
Different perspectives do not necessarily provide a single answer, but they broaden the range of possibilities from which we choose how to act.
How does the programme work?
The programme is grounded in constructivist and systemic coaching approaches and is based on the belief that new understanding changes the way we think, and therefore the way we act.
Rather than following predefined topics, the programme follows the development of the group. The exchange of experiences, reflection and practical experimentation provide a framework that enables each group to explore the questions that are most relevant to its members at that particular time.
In this way, each group develops its own dynamic, while participants learn from one another and gradually shape new ways of thinking and acting.
Because the way we develop others begins with how we develop ourselves.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is intended for experienced professionals who lead, guide or support others and want to deepen their impact through a more reflective and development-oriented approach.
It is particularly suited to:
- People managers who want to develop their team members through a coaching approach
- HR and People & Culture professionals who support the development of leaders, teams and organisations
- Senior experts, such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Software Architects, Tech Leads and other professionals whose work involves guiding, mentoring and connecting people without necessarily having formal authority
- Internal coaches, mentors and facilitators who want to enhance their practice by exchanging experiences with peers
The programme is not intended for those seeking training in HR or leadership tools, or ready-made models for handling everyday situations. It offers the greatest value to professionals who want to deepen their way of thinking so they can support the development of others with greater confidence, thoughtfulness and understanding.
What can you expect?
During the programme, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain greater clarity on complex business and leadership situations
- Recognise the assumptions and patterns that shape your decisions and relationships
- Better understand your own leadership style and its impact on others
- Challenge your perspective and test different ways of acting in practice
About the Coach
Tatjana Vracaric is a senior leader with more than 25 years of experience in international corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has led large organisations and teams, developed leaders and been responsible for complex business transformations requiring strategic thinking, operational discipline and difficult decision-making in conditions of uncertainty.
Her experience encompasses a wide range of leadership perspectives, from directly leading people and building teams to taking responsibility for business results, organisational change and collaboration with senior stakeholders. This gives her a deep understanding of the reality of leadership: the pressure to make decisions without having the full picture, responsibility for both people and results, and the sense of isolation that often accompanies senior positions.
Coaching is a natural extension of her leadership experience. As an executive and leadership coach, Tatjana works with senior leaders individually and through group coaching programmes. In her work with clients, she combines an understanding of the business context with a developmental approach that goes beyond the question of what should be done. It also explores how a leader sees the situation, the assumptions they bring to it, and the patterns that shape their decisions and relationships.
Her approach is constructivist and grounded in curiosity, clear questions and the examination of different perspectives. She does not offer ready-made answers. Instead, she creates a space in which leaders can see their challenges more clearly, recognise possibilities they had not previously considered and make more conscious choices about how to act.
Tatjana is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
