Tatjana Vracaric is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience as a leader across multiple industries, grounded in a strong engineering background. She brings extensive expertise in process automation and data operations, consistently delivering high-quality, reliable services to clients while leading complex, transformational initiatives. Throughout her career, she has built and developed high-performing teams, translating strategy into execution, driving operational excellence, and creating sustainable value through disciplined delivery and continuous improvement.

Through her coaching role, Tatjana specializes in executive and leadership coaching for C-level and Director-level professionals. She provides one-on-one coaching to senior leaders and facilitates group coaching programs for leadership teams. In addition, Tatjana delivers training workshops on coaching skills for managers, helping to foster a strong coaching culture within organizations.

Passionate about personal growth, Tatjana’s coaching philosophy centers on helping leaders unlock their curiosity and activate their critical thinking to enhance their impact. She employs a Constructivist coaching methodology, including Systemic coaching principles. Schedule and pricing:

6 group coaching sessions

Start date: 11th March 2026

Schedule: Every second Wednesday at 6:00 PM

Duration: 75 minutes per session – total of 7.5 hours of group coaching

Format: Combination of live, in-person sessions and online sessions via Zoom

Location for live sessions

Group size: Maximum of 5 participants

Preparation: One individual 60-minute 1:1 coaching call with each participant before the program starts

Pricing: 200 EUR per session (167 EUR plus VAT)
