Jaka Lounge is supporting our client, Melograno Venture Studio (formerly TMS), in the search for a UI/UX Designer.
Founded in 2014, Melograno Venture Studio is a team of innovators, creators, and problem solvers dedicated to building software products that empower tens of thousands of businesses and individuals worldwide. Formerly known as TMS, the company now manages its in‑house product portfolio—including wpDataTables, Amelia, Trafft, IvyForms, and additional sibling products—covering every stage of the product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Melograno Venture Studio values individuality and takes a personalized approach to supporting each team member. The company’s culture is rooted in shared values: freedom, continuous progress, mutual support, integrity, and a strong commitment to quality. As part of growing their design team, our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) to join them.
Who you are:
You care about solving real problems for real users. You bring thoughtfulness, clear communication, and attention to detail to everything you design. You have a strong understanding of UX fundamentals and modern UI patterns, and you’re comfortable shaping flows, components, and interactions within an evolving design system.
You collaborate well with product and engineering teams, and you’re motivated by continuous improvement rather than perfection for its own sake.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers on SaaS products
- Take ownership of both UX and UI throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Expand and refine design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns
- Develop user flows and model the user experience in partnership with product owners
- Ensure intuitive, native, and smooth user journeys
- Provide design leadership and take full ownership of assigned projects
- Present design decisions, facilitate discussions, and incorporate feedback effectively
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across new and existing features
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or web applications)
- Ability to work within and extend existing design systems
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Experience with other design tools is a bonus (Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Strong experience collaborating with development teams on both large‑scale and smaller‑scale web applications
- A portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and UI execution
Even if you don’t meet every single qualification, we still encourage you to apply. Your experience and perspective might be exactly what the team needs.
What Our Client Offers
- A dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where your opinion truly matters
- Exciting and challenging products across multiple domains
- Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle
- Team‑building activities and a supportive culture
- Opportunities for personal development through training and certifications
- Strong focus on well‑being and work/life balance
Sounds good?
We look forward to hearing from you
