About the Trainer
Milica Berić is the trainer and facilitator of Jaka Lounge’s training programs. She holds a degree in andragogy from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and is dedicated to connecting adult learning principles with modern HR practices.
Milica started her career in training & development, where she honed her skills in designing and facilitating soft skills training. Over time, she expanded her expertise into recruitment, selection, and collaboration with clients from both domestic and international companies.
She believes every person has a unique learning style, experience, and set of needs. That’s why each of her trainings begins with careful listening and tailored facilitation. Her goal is not to offer pre-made solutions but to help participants find meaningful answers through dialogue and reflection — always rooted in their real business context.
Milica is the author and facilitator of the Cultural Remix training, created out of personal curiosity and hands-on experience working with international clients and teams. In her day-to-day work, she encountered various intercultural communication challenges—ranging from different styles of giving and receiving feedback, to contrasting approaches to leadership, time management, and decision-making. Through this training, she helps participants first recognize and understand cultural differences, and then develop strategies for effective collaboration in diverse teams.
Cultural Remix is more than a training—it’s an invitation to understand, respect, and work together efficiently, no matter where we come from.

Testimonials

Stefan Stojkovic
This is an invaluable experience that everyone working with people should go through – whether they are a manager, a leader, or an HR professional. As someone who applies systems thinking when introducing new processes and designing organizations, I believe that without understanding the cultural dimension, it is impossible to build a resilient and agile organization capable of responding to rapid market changes. This training will help me significantly improve the process of implementing change within the organizations I work with and support them in developing systems that reflect a healthy culture of growth and development.

The collaboration with Jaka Lounge Human Capital has been very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. The “Cultural Remix” training offered a fresh perspective and a great opportunity for both personal and professional growth. It was also a real refreshment – creative, useful, and fun.
What I especially appreciated was the attention given to each participant, which made the training highly interactive. There was a lot of shared reflection on cultural differences, along with a variety of interesting and diverse experiences shared by participants – from one end of the world to the other.
