This advanced leadership program invites participants to expand their understanding of leadership – to explore how to lead, but as well follow with awareness, authenticity, and trust.
Through practical exercises, reflection, and an immersive tango workshop with professional tango instructors, participants will experience leadership as a relationship built on mutual responsiveness, respect, and alignment.
The program emphasizes authentic connection, trust, and adaptability as the foundation of leadership that inspires confidence, fosters collaboration, and creates meaningful impact.
