Their strategy is to build a full-stack financial services platform that includes multi-currency bank accounts, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, and payroll. As they scale their product and infrastructure, they are expanding their engineering team to ensure security, reliability, and operational excellence across all systems.

The company is hiring a new cohort of Junior Software Engineers to join its fast-growing fintech team as it expands its neobank offering. Ideal candidates will have the following background:
- Natural creators and problem solves who love critical thinking. You will not be expected to get it right every time, but you will always be asked to justify your thinking
- Experience: ideally a degree or bootcamp related to engineering, computer science, etc. Professional experience is welcome but not essential
- Skills: ability to pass the FC engineering code test that successful applicants will be sent
