Nordex Acciona Windpower has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Technician to join their team for the new project in Crepaja near Pančevo. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual maintenance plan for wind farm operations per manufacturer recommendations, ensuring operational functionality for electricity generation and transfer.
- Ensure documentation is current, recommendations are implemented, and operating instructions are updated.
- Manage and control insulation and protective equipment, materials, and spare parts.
- Maneuver the wind farm with windmill manager approval, adhering to HSE protection measures.
- Communicate with the dispatcher to maximize safe electricity production and transmission.
- Arrange regular and preventive inspections by authorized entities per regulations.
- Apply established work methods and techniques promptly, reporting irregularities to the manager.
- Collect, record, and process operational data and observations.
- Maintain daily drive and operating reports.
- Inspect facilities according to regulations.
- Monitor occupational safety and fire protection equipment.
- Control plant access and movement in hazard zones.
- Oversee third-party work in the plant.
- Participate in company projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and adapt to changes and regulations affecting their work.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, precision, and transparency of their work.
Requirements:
- Mid-level electrical and/or mechanical education.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- PC and MS Office literate, capable of generating reports and official communication.
- “B” category Serbian driving license.
- Able to work independently in shifts and flexible for site work and changing working conditions.
- Capable of working at heights and in the proximity of medium and high-voltage infrastructure.
- Good planning skills.
- Proactive, confident, and team-oriented.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and multiple demands.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Availability, good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and mobility.
- Proficiency in English and Serbian is essential; knowledge of German, Portuguese, or Spanish would be appreciated.
