Job Description:
Participate in all stages of product development—from frontend components to database design—with a focus on user interface and ensuring high-quality code coverage through unit and integration tests. Collaborate with product and strategy teams to propose and implement technical solutions, improve deployment procedures (including setting up robust GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD). Build new tax-planning products, expand AI customer service tools (including custom LLMs and automated decision engines), and automate operations processes to scale the products to thousands of customers, ensuring infrastructure is streamlined and optimized for scalability.
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Familiar with the technical stack: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue 2.0, Vue 3.0, Tailwind; Django, Django Admin customization, Flask, Async.io, PostgreSQL); AWS, Linux, bash scripting
- Good understanding of infrastructure and modern dev-ops practices
- Experience building and successfully launching products from scratch
- When developing solutions, take into account the entire software development life cycle, including testing, observability, scalability, and monitoring.
