Jaka Lounge is looking for an Agile Product Manager for our client – TMS (currently rebranding to Melograno Venture Studio).
Founded in 2014, TMS is a venture studio that brings together innovators, creators, and problem-solvers dedicated to building software products used by tens of thousands of businesses and individuals worldwide. The company manages four in-house products — wpDataTables, Amelia, Trafft, and IvyForms — and covers the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, marketing, sales, and customer success.

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an Agile Product Manager to join their team.
What they are looking for:
An experienced Agile Product Manager with strong organizational skills and hands-on expertise across the entire software development lifecycle – including ideation, specifications, estimations, delivery, rollout, and customer feedback.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the full product lifecycle – from discovery and planning, through development, to launch and post-release optimization.
- Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, support) to deliver high-quality SaaS and WordPress-based products.
- Work on the product strategy and roadmap, set priorities together with the team and stakeholders, and ensure alignment.
- Research competitors, markets, and customer requests to identify opportunities for new features and improvements to existing ones.
- Engage with key user segments to assess satisfaction and usage preferences, gather deeper user insights, and ensure product development is guided by real customer needs.
- Prepare clear feature descriptions, break them down into tasks for UX designers and developers, and write detailed specifications.
- Work with development, marketing, and support teams on rolling out product features, maintaining them, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be proactive and creative in finding opportunities to grow the product’s customer base together with the team.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure product plans stay on track.
- Report progress, results, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bonus: familiarity with Atlassian software, Notion, Slack, and similar tools.
- Understanding of marketing activities and channels, such as Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing, is a plus.

Understanding of the product-based WordPress ecosystem is a plus
