Viselio is a fast-growing travel start-up. We are building a digital platform to help our customers obtain their travel visa online, securely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Officer at Viselio you are responsible for the interaction with our German-speaking clients in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. You advise our customers on their visa requirements and guide them through the application process. You solve any irregularities swiftly and in a friendly manner. With your competent and friendly service, you will ensure that our customers have a pleasant and trouble-free experience obtaining their visas.

You bring:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  •  The ability to grasp problems quickly and to come up with a great solution
  • A strong self-cautious personality with a “can-do attitude”
  • Great analytical skills, a sense for structures and processes with a passion for details
  • Good ICT know-how and passionate about digital technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support environment
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment (desired)
  • Patience, grace and a great sense of humour.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (min. C1)
  • Fluency in English (company language)
  • French desired.
